Strengthen the Plan

A plan created alone can contain blind spots we cannot see from inside our own thinking. We may underestimate time, overlook a risk, or build the whole solution around a strength we do not actually have. Wise counsel helps the plan meet reality.

Proverbs treats counsel as protection. The right advisers bring experience, honest questions, and perspectives shaped by different responsibilities. A useful adviser does more than agree. That person helps us test assumptions and prepare for consequences.

Choose counsel carefully. Seek people who understand the matter, tell the truth with kindness, and respect the values guiding the decision. Too many random opinions can create noise. Wise counsel has relevance, character, and enough courage to challenge us.

A strong plan can survive examination. Invite someone to look at the goal, the steps, the resources, and the likely obstacles. Humility at the planning table can prevent pain later.
