Belonging
Do I have a place?

Belonging is the need to know there is a place where you are known, accepted, and connected. It is the sense that you matter to others, that there is room for you, and that you can be yourself without constantly wondering whether you still belong.
This need can quietly shape our choices. It influences who you let close, how hard you work for acceptance, what you tolerate to stay connected, and how you respond when relationships feel uncertain. We may change ourselves to fit, avoid conflict, or stay too long simply because losing connection feels costly.
Healthy belonging allows you to be connected while still having boundaries, your own voice, and the freedom to make wise choices.
This reflection will help you see how belonging may be influencing your relationships, boundaries, and choices.
